The Escalade IQ is powered by a pair of electric motors, sending power to all four wheels. They combine to produce 750 horses and 785 lb-ft of torque. While you’re looking at a massive SUV, the Escalade IQ retains its quickness, muscling from 0 to 60 in under 5 seconds. A 200 kWh batter stores your power, offering up to 460 miles of driving range. When using a DC Fast Charger, the Escalade IQ recovers 100 miles of driving range for 10 minutes of charging. At a level two home AC charger, you can get 36.5 miles of range after an hour of charging.
The Escalade IQ has several drive modes and features to increase performance, but Arrival Mode is probably our favorite. When equipped, it enables four-wheel steering, reducing the turning radius to less than that of a short-wheelbase gas Escalade. The Escalade IQ retains the classic three-row layout, making it one of the rare few three-row EVs. It seats up to seven, with a back bench that seats three and two captain’s chairs in the middle. We can’t talk about the technology in the Escalade without mentioning the massive digital display that dominates the front row. The dash is enveloped by two giant screens, which combine to add 55 inches of display, completely dominating the front of the car. If you want more screens, an 11.0-inch screen sits just below the main display, controlling ambient lighting, A/C, and other functions.
