2026 Lyriq Charge Range and Performance

Most Lyriqs have a single motor attached to the rear axle, making 340 horsepower. A dual-motor, 500-horsepower setup is also available, enabling AWD. If that’s still not enough horsepower for you, this year’s Lyriq-V ups the ante to 615 horsepower, accompanied by a lowered suspension system with adaptive dampers, Brembo brakes, and a slew of other performance features to help increase its straight-line speed. The base Lyriq can run from 0 to 60 in 5.7 seconds, but the Lyriq-V rockets there in just 3.3 seconds. The motors are connected to GM’s Ultium EV battery, with 102.0 kWh of capacity, enabling the Lyriq to travel up to 326 miles per charge. That drops to 285 miles of range with the Lyriq-V. The Lyriq can charge at DC fast chargers or level 2 home chargers, and can recover 86 miles or range after 10 minutes of charging at DC units.
